WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boosts in specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the item level by +3. A random substat is also increased with each upgrade.

The upgrader for items allows players to upgrade gear to a higher item level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of weapon or armor. However, the item used for the upgrade will be consumed forever and can't be used again. Upgrades can be applied to the enchantments.
You can upgrade your gear anytime by visiting the upgrader in any major city. To ensure that your equipment is up-to-date it is recommended you visit the upgrader every several weeks.
Upgrades will cost more, based on the level of the item, but they will always be less expensive than purchasing new equipment. For example, upgrading a Benthic chest to 385 levels will cost 20 recycle points, while buying a similar item from another player will costs 105.
Valorstones
